NXP公司的IP4776CZ38是全集成的HDMI接口器件,集成了電平轉移,ESD和背驅保護等功能. IP4776CZ38和HDMI 1.3兼容,每路的線(xiàn)電容僅為0.7pF,線(xiàn)間隔和0.5mm匹配,提供可用于DDC時(shí)鐘和數據通路的雙向電平轉移N溝FET, ESD保護±8 kV,主要用在TV,圖像卡,STB,DVD,數字媒體適配器和游戲控制臺.
