鋁制及不銹鋼制壓力容器水壓試驗的聲發(fā)射監測研究
目前,普通鋼制壓力容器的聲發(fā)射檢測的應用已非常廣泛,且技術(shù)已比較成熟,但應用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)檢測鋁制或不銹鋼制的壓力容器的水壓試驗監測還比較少。這兩類(lèi)容器在某些特定范圍內的應用比較廣泛,其相應的檢測及監測也是非常重要的。本文主要討論了鋁制及不銹鋼制壓力容器試驗件的試驗性聲發(fā)射檢測,目的在于探索這兩類(lèi)容器的聲發(fā)射特征,使其可應用于實(shí)際在役的容器檢測中。

Abstract:At present, acoustic emission examination of commom steel pressure vessels is already extremely widespread. And the technology is already quite mature. But it is also few that the acoustic emission technology monitoring the aluminum and stainless steel pressure vessels during hydraulic pressure testing. Two kinds of these vessels have been used quite widespread in certain areas, so the corresponding examination and monitoring is extremely important. This article mainly discussed the acoustic emission monitoring of aluminum and stainless steel pressure vessels to find out acoustic emission characteristics of these two kinds of vessels, and in turn to be applied in the examination of pressure vessels in service.
