一、下載linux-2.6.30.4源碼,并解壓

二、在系統中添加對ARM的支持

四、制作或者獲取內核配置單.config

說(shuō)明:一個(gè)比較好的做法是先調用自帶的配置清單,該配置清單在arch/arm/configs目錄,文件名為:s3c2410_defconfig,該配置文件幾乎S3C24XX系列CPU的配置項,可以在此基礎上修改配置項。x86的配置項在arch/x86/configs目錄下,文件名為:i386_defconfig(32為cpu)。

五、修改機器碼

總結:首先從linux內核源碼中找出機器類(lèi)型(如S3C2440 ),其次,根據u-boot中給出的對應機器類(lèi)型的機器碼(如377 #define MACH_TYPE_S3C2440 168 )修改內核機器碼。流程如下:

內核:

$vimarch/arm/mach-s3c2440/mach-smdk2440.c

U-boot:

$viminclude/asm-arm/mach-types.h

內核:

$vimarch/arm/tools/mach-types

說(shuō)明:如果機器碼錯誤,則系統提示選取平臺,死機。

六、編譯鏡像

七、板子燒寫(xiě)

使用DNW工具將內核鏡像燒寫(xiě)至開(kāi)發(fā)板中

八、遇到的問(wèn)題

問(wèn)題:

Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

解決辦法:

$make menuconfig

選擇以下兩項:

[*] Allow old ABI binaries to run with this kernel (EXPERIMENTAL)

九、NandFlash驅動(dòng)移植

linux里面已經(jīng)包含NandFlash驅動(dòng),只需對源碼進(jìn)行修改即可。

注:如果在make menuconfig中選中64MB_NAND,則在.config表現形式如下:

這實(shí)際是給C源文件提供預編譯變量,如#if defined(CONFIG_64MB_NAND).......

這個(gè)過(guò)程就是實(shí)現了內核的定制,比如新增Nand驅動(dòng)、或者去除wireless驅動(dòng)。。。

十、移植yaffs2文件系統

1、獲取yaffs2源碼

2、在內核中添加對yaffs2的支持

在剛下載的yaffs2源碼中,執行:

./patch-ker.sh c ../linux-2.6.30.4(兩個(gè)文件夾放一起)

此時(shí)在內核fs目錄下,新增“yaffs2”目錄,同時(shí)fs/目錄下面的Makefile文件和Kconfig文件也添加了yaffs2的配置和編譯條件。

3、在配置單中添加對yaffs2的支持

$make menuconfig

注意:假如在內核中沒(méi)有添加對yaffs2的支持,則出現找不到或者掛載文件系統是失敗的提示:

4、yaffs2移植完成,重新編譯內核

十一、在內核中添加tmpfs支持

如果不添加tmpfs支持,那么將會(huì )出現那/tmp掛載失敗的提示。關(guān)于tmpfs的作用待研究。

十二遇到的問(wèn)題及解決方案

2. linux kernel 中 已經(jīng)支持S3C2410的RTC,但是并沒(méi)有添加到平臺設備初始化數組中,所以系統啟動(dòng)時(shí)并不會(huì )初始化這一部分,需要修改文件mach-smdk.c

0x50000到0x70000 為eboot分區,128K,
0x70000到0x1F0000為logo分區,1536K,

uboot的分區和文件系統的分區,沒(méi)有聯(lián)系的。唯一的聯(lián)系就是uboot引導啟動(dòng)的時(shí)候,命令要根據文件系統的分區信息來(lái)引導。比如要從mtdblock2啟動(dòng),那么bootcmd中的命令bootm0xXXXXXXX就要和mtdblock2的首地址一樣。。。。
