FSR2100是高度集成的高效半橋諧振型電源控制器，可簡(jiǎn)化設計，提高生產(chǎn)力和改善性能。FSR2100集成了帶快速恢復體二極管的功率MOSFET，高邊柵極驅動(dòng)電路，精確電流控制的振蕩器，頻率限制電流，軟起動(dòng)和內置的保護功能，高達300kHz工作頻率，主要應用在PDP和LCD TV，臺式PC和服務(wù)器，適配器，通信電源和音頻電源。
