淺談無(wú)線(xiàn)測溫產(chǎn)品在菲律賓某工廠(chǎng)配電項目的應用
摘要:配電系統是由多種配電設備和配電設施所組成的變換電壓和直接向終端用戶(hù)分配電能的一個(gè)電力網(wǎng)絡(luò )系統。由于配電系統作為電力系統的一個(gè)環(huán)節直接面向終端用戶(hù),它的完善與否直接關(guān)系著(zhù)廣大用戶(hù)的用電可靠性和用電質(zhì)量,因而在電力系統中具有重要的地位。因此,為避免因溫度高,導致設備老化,設備燒壞,供電中斷,一次設備起火爆炸等嚴重事故,對各電氣節點(diǎn)進(jìn)行長(cháng)期的溫度監測能避免因嚴重故障,造成用戶(hù)的人身傷害及經(jīng)濟損失。
Abstract: The power distribution system is a power network system that is composed of a variety of power distribution equipment and power distribution facilities to transform voltage and directly distribute electrical energy to end users. 本項目為菲律賓某工廠(chǎng)配電項目,應用在32kV的配電柜中,需要配置無(wú)線(xiàn)測溫產(chǎn)品,實(shí)現安全溫度監測。傳感器工作環(huán)境溫度滿(mǎn)足-50℃到+125℃需求,選擇我司ATE400型CT感應取電式傳感器,并且采用ATC400收發(fā)器來(lái)連接顯示裝置。出于安全和經(jīng)濟效益考慮,建議在配電室各電氣節點(diǎn)進(jìn)行溫度實(shí)時(shí)監測。
This project is a power distribution project in a factory in the Philippines. It is used in a 32kV power distribution cabinet and needs to be equipped with wireless temperature measurement products to achieve safe temperature monitoring. The working environment temperature of the sensor meets the requirement of -50℃ to +125℃.
